Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g broccoli, frozen
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- lemon juice
- Thyme
- Sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cook the broccoli in the broth until softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and puree the soup. Add the meat cubes and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with lemon juice, thyme, salt, pepper, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
