Broccoli spiral pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta (spirals)
  • salt water
  • 1 large broccoli
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • some basil
  • some oregano
  • some Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spirals in salted water until al dente. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook in salted water until tender, then drain. Sauté the broccoli in a little olive oil in a large pan and season with salt and pepper. Add the heavy cream and milk and bring to a boil to reduce the liquid slightly. Stir in the spirals and season well with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and a little grated Parmesan. Finally, stir in the diced mozzarella and halved tomatoes. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan.
