Bruschetta “al Gusto”

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) (250 g)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pack of chopped tomatoes (500 g)
  • 50 g salami, cut into thin slices
  • 3 tbsp green olives stuffed with peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

Cooking class recipe

Cut the baguette into approximately 2 cm thick slices and brush one side with olive oil. Roast in the oven at 200°C on a wire rack for approximately 12 minutes. In the meantime, drain the tomatoes in a colander. Slice the salami and olives, and mix them with the tomato pieces. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce and spread them on the toasted baguette slices. Serve lukewarm.
