Traditional recipe from my annual Italian holiday

Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and cut into approximately 1cm-wide cubes. Wash the basil, pat dry, and cut into thin strips. Peel the garlic and chop very finely with a fork. Combine the prepared ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Place the bread slices in a slightly heated pan coated with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. After turning them once, pour the tomato mixture onto the ciabatta slices and continue toasting for about 5-8 minutes. Place the bruschetta on a platter and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately!
