Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter meat broth, clear
- 1 pc. Brussels sprouts (frozen)
- 50 g tagliatelle pasta
- 4 sausages (Wiener)
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the unthawed Brussels sprouts to a boil in the meat broth and cook. Just before the end, add the tagliatelle and the sliced sausages. Once the tagliatelle are tender, season the soup with nutmeg.
