Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pkt. tarte flambée dough, fresh
- 250 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
- 200 g crème légère with herbs
- 200 g sheep’s cheese, finely crumbled
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red, cut into fine rings
- Sea salt and black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente, then drain. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on a floured surface, place it on a greased baking sheet, spread with herb cream, and top with onion rings and Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 200°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with feta cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until lightly browned.
