Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts, frozen
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • marjoram
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Oil
  • 6 slice(s) Scheibletten (processed cheese slices)
  • 250 ml milk, 1.5% fat

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Low-carb

Cook the Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in a pan with a little oil, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and marjoram. Deglaze with the milk. Bring to a boil while stirring, then toss in the cheese and let it melt. Continue stirring to prevent it from burning. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
