Brussels Sprouts in Parmesan Butter
The perfect brussels sprouts in parmesan butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts fresh or frozen
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 20 g Pine nuts
- Clean and wash fresh Brussels sprouts. Bring the water to the boil in a pan, season with salt. Add Brussels sprouts and cook covered for 15–20 minutes. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat. Add the butter, let it froth briefly and remove from the stove. Grate the Parmesan. Drain, drain and return Brussels sprouts to the saucepan. Fold in the pine nut butter and Parmesan.
