Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of dough for Sunday rolls, from the refrigerated section
  • 100g salami
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • possibly Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili flakes or chili powder
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

This pizza is exceptionally easy to prepare and offers an enormous taste experience.

Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 200°C, fan/convection: 175°C). Grease an ovenproof frying pan (approx. 28 cm diameter) or casserole dish. Open the bread tins, divide the dough into 6 pieces, and then place them in the pan or dish. Spread the chopped tomatoes and liquid on top. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes or powder. Drizzle with a little Tabasco, if desired. Finally, top with the salami and sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
