Asian-Style Pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 400 g chicken inner fillet(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ broccoli
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thai curry powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp curry sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pizza with 2 toppings, Asian style

Cut the chicken fillets into thin strips. Marinate one half with teriyaki sauce and the other with Thai curry powder and peanut oil. Trim the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli and cut into thin strips or florets. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet. Brush one half with curry sauce and the other with sweet chili sauce. Spread the chicken with the teriyaki sauce on the side with sweet chili sauce and the chicken with the Thai curry powder on the curry sauce. Top everything with the vegetables and then sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
