Buckwheat Pancakes with Green Beans

The perfect buckwheat pancakes with green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Buckwheat flour
  • 1 Cup Lupine flour
  • Vegetable broth or water as needed
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • A bit of sAlt

  • 1 Tk packet Cooked green beans
  • Some dried savory

  1. Put the flours in a bowl and mix a dough with the liquid, let the dough rest for about 10 minutes and then fry it on both sides in a pan with coconut oil.
  2. Sauté the onion with the garlic in a little butter, add the beans and toss well for a few moments, round off with salt, pepper and savory and add to the buckwheat pancakes – bon appetit
