Buckwheat Pancakes with Green Beans

- 2 cups Buckwheat flour
- 1 Cup Lupine flour
- Vegetable broth or water as needed
- Coconut oil for frying
- A bit of sAlt
- ************
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Finely diced onion
- 1 piece Finely chopped clove of garlic
- 1 Tk packet Cooked green beans
- Some dried savory
- Salt and pepper fresh from the mill
- Put the flours in a bowl and mix a dough with the liquid, let the dough rest for about 10 minutes and then fry it on both sides in a pan with coconut oil.
- Sauté the onion with the garlic in a little butter, add the beans and toss well for a few moments, round off with salt, pepper and savory and add to the buckwheat pancakes – bon appetit
