Buffalo mozzarella with mango slices and fruity dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 Mozzarella di Bufala (approx. 150 – 200 g)
  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil, light
  • 3 tbsp apricot vinegar or peach vinegar
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey, maybe a little more
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • ½ red chili pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch coriander or chervil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thinly slice the mozzarella and mango and arrange them alternately on a platter. Slice the onion very thinly and arrange on top. Prepare the dressing from sesame oil, apricot vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper and drizzle evenly over the salad. Deseed and finely dice the chili pepper and finely chop the cilantro. Garnish the salad with diced chili and herbs. Serve with fresh baguette or toasted ciabatta.
