Bulgur vegetable pan with feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g bulgur
  • 3 cup(s) water, 250 ml each
  • Salt
  • 450 g buttered vegetables, frozen (corn, peas, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp herb butter
  • 300 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp soup paste, homemade
  • possibly parsley, freshly chopped

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

super easy and fast

Cook the bulgur with the water and a pinch of salt according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the buttered vegetables over medium heat, adding a little more herb butter at a time. Stir in the cooked bulgur and season with pepper, the soup paste, and a little salt. Crumble the feta cheese and mix in. Let it sit for about five minutes, then serve. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Serve with a mixed salad and perhaps some fresh baguette.
