Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g bulgur
- 3 cup(s) water, 250 ml each
- Salt
- 450 g buttered vegetables, frozen (corn, peas, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 tbsp herb butter
- 300 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soup paste, homemade
- possibly parsley, freshly chopped

super easy and fast
Cook the bulgur with the water and a pinch of salt according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the buttered vegetables over medium heat, adding a little more herb butter at a time. Stir in the cooked bulgur and season with pepper, the soup paste, and a little salt. Crumble the feta cheese and mix in. Let it sit for about five minutes, then serve. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Serve with a mixed salad and perhaps some fresh baguette.
