Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese

- 400 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 4 Free range eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Soft butter
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 200 Milliliters Milk 3.8
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Add the cream cheese and stir in. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in two portions alternately with the milk. Now put half of the dough into the prepared Gugelhupf pan. Stir in the cocoa under the second half of the dough and spread over the light dough.
- Place the cake in the oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake for about 65-70 minutes. (Chopstick sample) After the baking time, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down in the tin for 15 minutes. Then turn the cake out onto a cake plate and let it cool down. If you want, you can coat it with couverture or dust it with powdered sugar.
