Red Lamb’s Lettuce with Figs, Fresh Goat’s Cheese and Parma Ham

The perfect red lamb’s lettuce with figs, fresh goat’s cheese and parma ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Salad
  • 60 g Lamb’S lettuce red
  • 1 Top peppers
  • 1 small Onion blue
  • 100 g Fresh goat cheese roll
  • 4 Discs Parma ham
  • 3 Figs fresh
  • Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon oil
  • 3 tablespoon Balsamic fig
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary needles chopped
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt

salad

  1. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Cut the figs into slices. Cut the onion and bell pepper into rings. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Divide the Parma ham once and roll it up into rolls. Alternately place these ingredients on a plate and keep adding a little pepper in between.

dressing

  1. Chop the rosemary needles. Mix with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  2. If you don’t like goats, you can also use normal cream cheese.
