  • 4 leaves Green salad
  • 8 Discs Beetroot fresh
  • 8 Discs Baked zucchini
  • 4 piece Fried apple slices
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
  1. Cut the burger buns open and toast them a little. Brush with tomato chutney and then place the lettuce leaf and beetroot slices on top.
  2. Place the baked zucchini slices (breaded with flour, chickpea flour emulsified in water – egg substitute – and turned in crumbs, fried in rapeseed oil) on the salad.
  3. Finally, put the fried apple slices and the onion rings (first turned in flour, fried in rapeseed oil and sprinkled with paprika powder) on the burger.
  4. Now cover with the second half of the roll and enjoy.
  5. A celery or kohlrabi schnitzel is also suitable for topping. For meat fans, the vegetable schnitzel is replaced by chicken breast or pork loin.
