Burger: Special Veggie Burger

- 4 piece Potato burger rolls * https: //www./rezept/529322/Brot-Broetc
- 4 tablespoon Tomato chutney ** https: //www./rezept/528214/Vorrat-Gruene-Tomat-
- 4 leaves Green salad
- 8 Discs Beetroot fresh
- 8 Discs Baked zucchini
- 4 piece Fried apple slices
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
- Cut the burger buns open and toast them a little. Brush with tomato chutney and then place the lettuce leaf and beetroot slices on top.
- Place the baked zucchini slices (breaded with flour, chickpea flour emulsified in water – egg substitute – and turned in crumbs, fried in rapeseed oil) on the salad.
- Finally, put the fried apple slices and the onion rings (first turned in flour, fried in rapeseed oil and sprinkled with paprika powder) on the burger.
- Now cover with the second half of the roll and enjoy.
- A celery or kohlrabi schnitzel is also suitable for topping. For meat fans, the vegetable schnitzel is replaced by chicken breast or pork loin.
