Variation of the Strindberg steak

Cut open the burger bun and toast the cut side in a dry pan. Set aside. Season the ground beef with salt and form into a patty. Season one side with black pepper and then spread with the mustard. Add the diced onions and press down. Dust everything with a little flour and press down again. Heat oil in a pan and, using a spatula, place the patty into the pan, on the onion side. Fry over medium heat (on a 7-inch griddle) for about 2-3 minutes. Then flip it over with the spatula and finish cooking. The cooking time depends on how cooked you want the burger. In the meantime, spread the sauce on the underside of the bun, then place the lettuce leaf and slice of cheese on top. When the patty is ready, place it on top of the cheese; add a few tomato slices on top. Finally, secure the bun lid with a skewer.
