Surf and Turf Chili Cheeseburger with Anchovies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) processed cheese (Chester)
  • 5 anchovy fillets, pickled (anchovies)
  • 1 burger patty
  • 1 slice(s) bacon
  • 2 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 burger bun

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the cucumber, tomato, and onion. Fry the patty and bacon in a pan. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together and season with cayenne pepper and chili flakes. Toast the two halves of the burger bun. Place the slice of Cheshire cheese on the burger patty. Spread the sauce on both insides of the burger bun. Place the burger patty with the cheese on the bottom of the burger bun. Add the anchovies and bacon on top. Finish with the cucumber, tomato, and onion, and cover with the top of the bun.
