Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 dash of Sriracha sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 burger bun
  • 100 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 slice(s) Cheddar
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of chorizo
  • 2 slices of vine tomatoes
  • 1 handful of arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and sriracha sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomato into 0.5 cm thick slices and wash the arugula. Form the ground beef into a patty. Fry the bacon without adding any fat until crispy. Set the bacon aside, heat a little oil in the pan, and fry the patty. Once the patty is no longer raw on the inside, remove it from the pan and set it aside. Cut the burger bun in half and fry the cut sides in the pan for about 1 minute. Spread the prepared sauce over the cut sides, place the patty on the bottom half, then top with cheese, bacon, chorizo, tomatoes, and arugula. Finally, place the top half of the bun on top and enjoy.
