Energy Biscuits
The perfect energy biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 tbsp Rosemary needles
- 110 g Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 Pkg Vanilla sugar
- 215 g Medallion calf
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 120 g Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Strong coffee
- 7 piece Cocoa beans
- Instead of coconut blossom sugar, you can use granulated sugar or cane sugar. Instead of coconut fat you can use butter. Of course, the biscuits won’t be as healthy then. So that the children can eat, you can use maple syrup instead of coffee. Chop the rosemary and cocoa beans. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Roll up thinly between baking paper and foil. Cutting out. Remove intermediate parts. Bake at 200 degrees for about 7 to 10 minutes.
