Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, liquid
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 small jar of brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Combine flour, egg yolks, salt, and sugar. Add milk. Then work in the butter and let the dough rest for an hour. Before baking, add the liqueur and stir. Heat fat in a pan, cook thin pancakes, and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Sprinkle with sugar and fold once. Pour over a little brandy and flambé.
