- 250 g butter
- 4 tbsp, heaped bacon cubes, lean
- 2 tbsp, heaped chives
- spice(s) to taste

easy and fast
Melt the butter over medium heat, add the diced bacon, and fry gently for 3-4 minutes. The bacon adds a rich flavor, so no additional seasoning is needed. However, if you want to give the sauce a little extra zest, you can add pepper, paprika, nutmeg, curry powder, or even ginger. Sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the sauce just before serving.
