Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
- 200 g tuna in its own juice
- 100 g tomatoes, chopped, with herbs
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, and mozzarella and place them in a bowl. Drain the corn and add it. Add the tuna. Make a dressing with chopped tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil and drizzle it over the salad. It goes perfectly with a barbecue or simply serve with herb baguette.
