Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 40 g butter
- 40 g semolina
- 1 liter of water
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. cream
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the butter, add the semolina, and sauté. Then deglaze with water and simmer. Season with salt, beat with the egg, and add a little cream.
