Buttermilk mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 700 g potatoes
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

light, fresh mashed potatoes

Boil the potatoes until soft and peel. Heat the buttermilk with butter and ½ teaspoon of salt. Transfer to a bowl and mash the potatoes with a potato ricer, then mix in. Season with salt and nutmeg.
