Ingredients
- 4 Organic egg yolks
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Lemon fresh
- 1 L Buttermilk
- 125 ml Cream
- Possibly 4 mint leaves
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until a thick, foamy mass is formed and the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon juice drop by drop. Finally stir in the buttermilk.
- Fill the "soup" into dessert bowls and chill for 1 hour. Before serving, whip the cream and spread it over the soup. If available, decorate with 4 mint leaves.
