Buttermilk Vanilla Coconut Cake

- 3 tbsp Vanilla syrup
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 150 g Coconut flakes
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 100 g Chocolate shavings white
- 100 g Chocolate white
- Some fairy pearls
- Grease the box form and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla syrup and oil well, mix the flour with the baking powder, coconut flakes and alternately add to the sugar-egg-oil mixture with the buttermilk, then pull the white chocolate shavings underneath.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Chopstick sample
- When the cake has cooled down, brush with white chocolate and sprinkle with fairy pearls
