Buttermilk Vanilla Coconut Cake

  • 3 tbsp Vanilla syrup
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Coconut flakes
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 100 g Chocolate shavings white
  • 100 g Chocolate white
  • Some fairy pearls
  1. Grease the box form and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla syrup and oil well, mix the flour with the baking powder, coconut flakes and alternately add to the sugar-egg-oil mixture with the buttermilk, then pull the white chocolate shavings underneath.
