Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g pasta (star pasta or alphabet pasta)
- ⅛ liter of water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
White cabbage stew
Chop the white cabbage, add the ground beef, salt, and pepper, and cook in about 1/8 liter of water on speed 1 for about 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, add the noodles before the end of cooking and finish cooking. Serve with boiled potatoes, pickled pumpkin (sweet/sour), and cucumbers.
