Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beef, streaky
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 tbsp rice, boiled
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Place the beef in cold, salted water and cook until tender. Then add the cleaned and diced vegetables and potatoes. When the vegetables are semi-soft, add the rice. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the rice.
