Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g Cabanossi
- 60 g margarine
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp flour
- 250 ml broth
- 250 ml cream
- 1 kg potatoes
- 400 g carrot(s)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 400 g processed cheese (herbs)
- salt and pepper
- 2 bunches of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean and wash all vegetables, peel and finely dice the potatoes, slice the carrots, and slice the leeks. Slice the Cabanossi, heat the fat in a pan, brown the Cabanossi, dice the onion, and add it. Fry everything lightly. Dust with flour and pour in the broth. Bring everything to a boil briefly. Add the cream, potatoes, and carrots, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the leeks and cheese, and continue cooking until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
