Cabbage and minced meat pan with cooked cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g white cabbage
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 100 g cooked cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • some salt and pepper
  • some chili powder
  • some olive oil
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

light and delicious

Place the minced meat in a pan with the olive oil and fry over medium heat until crumbly. Add the tomato paste, mix well, and fry briefly. Chop the cabbage finely or slightly more coarsely (depending on your preference) and add it. Fry everything for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with the water and stir in the vegetable stock. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is still slightly firm to the bite. Season to taste.
