Cabbage and minced meat pan with potato dumplings

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • ½ white cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp herbs (Italian herbs)
  • some chives
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a pan until crumbly, then remove. Brown the potato dumplings in the frying fat, then remove. Heat a little oil, fry the white cabbage and onion. Add the tomatoes and Italian herbs, season with salt and pepper. Add the water, bring to a boil, and stir in the vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add the minced meat and potato dumplings to the cabbage and heat through. Season with chives, salt, and pepper to taste.
