Zucchini – minced meat – pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • Oil (safflower oil)
  • Salt
  • Spice mix for minced meat
  • Basil, dried
  • Marjoram, dried
  • Caraway seeds
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes, and fry them raw in safflower oil in a pan. Add the peeled and roughly diced onion. Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini. Add to the fried potato pieces and fry. Finally, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, then cook over very low heat. Season to taste, using only cayenne pepper sparingly, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
