Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ head of white cabbage
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral
- lots of pepper
- some salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim the white cabbage and cut it into as fine strips as possible. Fry the cabbage strips in oil at a relatively high temperature so that it slowly caramelizes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, continue frying the white cabbage until it begins to turn light brown. Season with plenty of black pepper and fry for a few more minutes. Add the pasta and cabbage to a pot and mix gently. Season to taste with salt and more pepper, if desired.
