Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quick and easy, sour and everyone loves it!

Buy the sausage and cheese pre-sliced and then cut into thin strips. If you prefer thicker pieces of sausage, you can also buy a ring. However, it tastes much better finely sliced! Cut the onion, bell pepper, radishes, and carrots into small pieces. Mix the sausage with the cheese and vegetables in a bowl. Season well with salt and pepper. Finally, add the olive oil and dark balsamic vinegar and mix everything well. I always add a dash of apple cider vinegar, for an even more acidic taste. If it’s too acidic, simply thin it out with water. If desired, the salad can be sprinkled with chives. Bread goes well with the side dish.
