Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large Chinese cabbage
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 150 g soy strips
  • 1 dash of soy sauce
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, dice the onion, and grate the carrots and apple. Sauté the onion and soy sauce. Then add the grated carrots, Chinese cabbage, and apple, season with soy sauce, and cook for a few minutes.
