Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of broth
- ½ kg white cabbage
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 onions
- 2 pinches of ground ginger
- ¼ liter cream
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the onion and cabbage, fry in a little oil until nicely browned. Deglaze with the stock, simmer for a while, and add the seasonings. Finally, finish with cream.
