Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 large onions
- 1 gr. can/n tomato(s), (Pelati)
- 1 small white cabbage
- 1 bunch Celery (not the tuber)
- 3 carrots
- 1 bag of soup (onion soup), ready-made mix
- 1 ½ liters of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Soup for weight loss
Chop the vegetables, cover with water, and simmer for about an hour. If desired, add a little soy sauce. Then season with pepper. You can eat as much of this soup as you like, but don’t add any salt.
