Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 3 glasses of cherries
- 250 g sago
- 150 g sugar
- 1 ½ liters of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Boil the cherries with the juice and water for about 15 minutes, then add the sago and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the sago is translucent. Just before the end, add the sugar and stir well. Then refrigerate the soup until completely cold. Serve cold.
