Cabbage wraps for lazy people

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage, approx. 700 – 800 g
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • dill
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

when things have to go quickly

Finely chop or shred the white cabbage and sauté in a pan with a little oil and a glass of water for about 10 minutes, covered. Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the chopped onion and chopped garlic in the oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add the minced meat and sauté for another 5-7 minutes. Then stir in the chopped tomatoes and a glass of water, season, and add salt. Add the cabbage and its liquid to the meat and simmer for another 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Finally, sprinkle the herbs over the top. Serve the dish with sour cream.
