Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce, fresh
  • 4 m.-sized kiwi(s)
  • 500 g grapes (table grapes), seedless
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 500 ml mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
