Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of ice cream (vanilla ice cream 100ml)
  • 8 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • ½ liter of water, cold
  • 4 tbsp liqueur (mocha liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the liqueur, in a blender. Pour into 4 highball glasses, adding a tablespoon of mocha liqueur to each. Best served with a straw.
