Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 apples, large
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g margarine
- 45 g sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut open the tops of the apples and scoop out the dough with a spoon, leaving a base that prevents the batter from spilling out. Mix all the batter ingredients together with a mixer. Then fill the apples with batter. Be careful not to fill the apples completely, as the batter will expand during baking. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
