Calvados Schnitzel with Apples

The perfect calvados schnitzel with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 piece Vegetable onion
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 90 ml Calvados
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 a cup Sweet cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Thyme
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 2 tsp Margarine
  1. Salt and pepper the turkey schnitzel and fry in the margarine on both sides. Keep warm in a baking dish. Cut the onion into rings and the apple into thin wedges. Sauté in the frying fat and stir in mustard and powdered sugar. Deglaze with calvados. Pour in the cream and season with the chicken stock, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the turkey schnitzel.
