Calzone with Minced Meat Filling

The perfect calzone with minced meat filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 380 g Pizza dough finished product
  • 100 g Pizza cheese
  • 250 g Minced meat sauce
  • 1 Egg yolk
  1. Roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet with the parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Spread the minced meat sauce (the rest of my recipe, minced meat pan with rice) on the dough in the middle and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Fold over the pizza dough halfway and press the edges together well with a fork. Brush the calzone with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
