Camembert Chicory Rolls
The perfect camembert chicory rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
bun
- 2 Grain rolls or other
- 1 round Camembert
salad
- 3 small Chicory flasks
- 1 Apple
- 2 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
dressing
- 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- Sugar
bun
- Halve the rolls, cut the camembert diagonally into 4 equal pieces and place on the rolls.
- Now bake the rolls in the warm oven until the cheese has melted.
salad
- Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat.
- Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory in strips, wash and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
- Put the chicoree, apple and pumpkin seeds in a bowl and mix well.
dressing
- Mix the ingredients together well, pour them over the salad and let them steep a little.
Serving
- Take the rolls out of the oven, spread some lettuce on top and decorate with cress – serve immediately – enjoy your meal; 🙂
