Camembert Chicory Rolls

The perfect camembert chicory rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

bun

  • 2 Grain rolls or other
  • 1 round Camembert

salad

  • 3 small Chicory flasks
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds

dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • Sugar

bun

  1. Halve the rolls, cut the camembert diagonally into 4 equal pieces and place on the rolls.
  2. Now bake the rolls in the warm oven until the cheese has melted.

salad

  1. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat.
  2. Remove the bitter stalk from the chicory in strips, wash and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
  3. Put the chicoree, apple and pumpkin seeds in a bowl and mix well.

dressing

  1. Mix the ingredients together well, pour them over the salad and let them steep a little.

Serving

  1. Take the rolls out of the oven, spread some lettuce on top and decorate with cress – serve immediately – enjoy your meal; 🙂
