Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g Camembert(s)
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1 small pepper, green
  • 80 g grapes, green
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Cut the Camembert into very small cubes and mix well with the quark and chopped parsley. Halve the peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, finely chop the peppers, and mix into the spread. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the Camembert spread and chill for 1-2 hours. Wash, halve, core, and finely chop the grapes, and mix into the cheese spread just before serving. Serve with savory bread rolls (such as Kornspitz) and red wine.
