Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 cans of white beans (baked beans)
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and brown the minced meat, breaking it into smaller pieces. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Place the kidney beans, baked beans, and tomatoes in a large pot, add the browned minced meat, and season with paprika, salt, chili or cayenne pepper, and sugar. Bring the soup to a boil, season to taste, and serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
