  • 250 g cream cheese spread
  • 500 g leek
  • 2 onions
  • 1 liter of broth

Instructions

Brown the minced meat, add the chopped onion and cook. After 5 minutes, briefly fry the sliced ​​leek and pour in the stock. After about 30 minutes, slowly bring the cheese spread to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir occasionally, and remove from the heat after 10 minutes.
