Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 250 g cream cheese spread
- 500 g leek
- 2 onions
- 1 liter of broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat, add the chopped onion and cook. After 5 minutes, briefly fry the sliced leek and pour in the stock. After about 30 minutes, slowly bring the cheese spread to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir occasionally, and remove from the heat after 10 minutes.
